Why this exists
Starting solids sounds simple until you are trying to remember whether baby already tried egg, whether yogurt was fine last week, and which foods should come back for another attempt.
BabyFoodTracker exists for that narrow job: a clean record of foods tried, allergens introduced, reactions worth noting, and progress toward the 100 foods before 1 goal.
Who makes it
Made by Nil Ni
, founder of Makeform and PageGun
, an indie hacker and upcoming father of 3, with love :)
This is an independent web product, not a medical provider, formula company, supplement brand, or affiliate review site. The goal is simple: make food tracking fast, private, and useful enough to survive real family life.
What we will and will not do
The tracker helps you keep notes. It does not diagnose allergies, rank foods, tell you when your baby is medically ready, or replace pediatric advice.
The app saves tracker data locally in the browser. No account is required, and baby food logs are not uploaded to BabyFoodTracker servers.
- English, Chinese, French, Korean, Japanese, and Italian app language support.
- 14 common allergen categories for practical food tracking.
- No paywall for the core tracker.
- No account required for local tracking.
- Clear boundaries between tracking, education, and medical care.
