Well-cooked egg, omelet strip, egg baked into muffins or pancakes.
Thin peanut butter, peanut powder mixed into puree, finely ground peanuts.
Thin nut butter or finely ground nuts. No whole nuts for babies.
Wheat, rye, barley, oats, pasta, toast strips, muffins, soft noodles.
Yogurt, cheese, ricotta, milk used in cooking or cereal.
Tofu, soy yogurt, edamame puree, soft tempeh.
Tahini, hummus, sesame seeds ground into safe textures.
Salmon, cod, sardine, tuna. Avoid high-mercury fish.
Shrimp, crab, lobster, prawn in baby-safe textures.
